What We Do & How We Charge

Our primary focus is to complete an Advice Document for you to present to your client. Auxilium Paraplanning can write Advice Documents of all types and complexities. From a simple Record of Advice to a complex Statement of Advice addressed to a SMSF Trustee. Auxilium Paraplanning have the Paraplanners to help you process the work. How Our Service Works End To End

Step 1: Please download a copy of our Paraplanning Request Form. A copy of our Paraplanning Request Form must be attached for each request submitted. You may download a copy of the Paraplannig Request Form below.
Step 2: Complete the Paraplanning Request Form & assign Auxilium Paraplanning visibility of your client in XPLAN. Please ensure that all relevant supporting documentation has been stored in the client file in XPLAN. Should you not have an XPLAN licence you may attach all of the supporting documentation to the submission email.
Step 3: Email admin@auxiliumparaplanning.com with the Paraplanning Request Form (and any other relevant supporting documents). Our admin team will index the request & assign it to a Paraplanner.
Step 4: The assigned Paraplanner will contact you within 24-hours of being assigned to confirm the strategy, price and return date of the Advice Document. We aim to reduce the amount of contact points as possible.
Step 5: The Paraplanner will progress the request until completion. Once completed, you will receive the finalised version of the Advice Document.

Auxilium Paraplanning generate invoices on the 15th and last day of each month.

How We Protect Your Client’s Data

All of your client information is stored on our Microsoft 365 Cloud account. Customer data within Microsoft’s enterprise cloud services is protected by a variety of technologies and processes, including various forms of encryption. We will keep your client data on the Microsoft 365 Cloud for up to 60 days post delivery of the finalised Advice Document. After this date, the information will be permanently deleted. We do not permit printing of client data or records in any capacity.

How We Ensure The Quality Of Our Work

All of our Paraplanners are accredited with an Adavance Diploma of Financial Planning (or equivalent) as a minimum education requirement for agreed terms of employment with Auxilium Paraplanning. Our Lead Paraplanners have extensive experience in managing our quality frame work structure. The performance of our Paraplanners are reviewed monthly with a Quality Assessment Review. The outcome of the Quality Assessment Review is processed with a formalised report to ensure that our Paraplanners continue to develop and maintain a high standard of work.
